About Afterglow Events

Hi, we are Amy and Louis, the faces behind Afterglow Events. We created "Photo Finish" the photo booth for our own wedding back in 2019 and here's why...

We wanted a photo booth that stood out from the rest, a photo booth that was more of an extension of us, that also fit perfect with our venue. We enjoy attending antiques fairs & adding to our home, statement pieces that bring instant character. We love to travel finding pieces all over the world . There's something special about having a piece you have salvaged and upcycled that sparks up interesting conversations. When creating the photo booth we wanted to recreate this homely feel, with a gleaming, highly polished exterior.


For us a wedding day is one of the greatest moments in a persons life. We are conscious that everything down to the smallest detail is specially selected as an extension of you as a couple, and how you want people to remember your story. We get great satisfaction from meeting and working with our clients, the preparation before, and most importantly the feeling we get when we arrive at your venue on the big day.

Photo booth aside, we are Husband and Wife and have been together for over 17 years, married for 5. As of 02/02/22 (the best birthday ever) we became Mummy and Daddy to our little boy Jax. We treasure our family time, walks and holidays, which wouldn't be complete without our big, daft, softy Nala the Rottweiler. p.s. we absolutely love a doggo at a wedding.

Fast forward to 2024 and we were so busy we were lucky to introduce Robyn to our Team. We have known Robyn over 10 years and she is the best addition to Afterglow.


Robyn loves all things wedding, so not only will she be the best photo booth attendant & make sure you and your guests have the best time in our booth (even getting your granny in on the action) she also wont let your guests sneak away without signing your guest book!  As well as all this, she will also be your, bag holder, outfit fixer, drinks lookerafterer, décor organiser,  hype girl and your drunk friends bestie and advice guru.
